Every effort is made to ensure students receive packages
in a timely fashion. If for some reason your student does not receive their gift,
please contact us as soon as possible. We encourage you to let your student know ahead
of time that they will be receiving a care package. For Finals and
Holiday packages, notice is left in the student's mailbox and the
student is responsible for retrieving their package from the mailroom. We are
not responsible for packages that are not picked up by students and refunds
for these will not be issued.
What is your privacy policy?
Your information is sent across a secure server.
We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order has been
placed.
Is my personal and credit card information secure?
Absolutely. We process all our payments through Card Service
International’s secured payment processing servers. Any personal information
from the sender or package recipient will be used solely by our company for
the processing of the order only. We do not sell or provide our customers personal
information to any third parties.
Can I pay by check?
We will gladly accept payment by check or money order. When placing
your order online, choose the check option under "Pay With". After completing your order, mail your check or money order to:

Be sure to include your order number on the check. Payment must be received
before delivery can be made. A fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks.
Can I send a care package to a different college?
Sorry, this website is for Pacific University care packages

going to other destinations.
What will my care package look like?
Welcome and Finals care
packages are delivered in red gift bags. Holiday packages are delivered in
colored gift bags appropriate for the seasonal holiday. Everyday packages are
shipped in white shipping boxes. Boxes are packed with crinkle
shred and red tissue along with the snack items from your chosen care package.
